Tire Slashings-Request For Public Assistance

The Saskatoon Police Service is asking for the publics assistance in finding the people responsible for slashing tires on approximately 28 vehicles since October 5th, 2007.

The incidents have occurred during the evening hours from October 5th through October 19th in the city's Central and Northwest Divisions. Vehicles parked at the rear of addresses near alleys, and on the street have been vandalized. Owners have discovered puncture marks in the tires the following morning.

The Saskatoon Police Service considers this is an intentional act of vandalism that had created thousands of dollars in damage.
