Saskatoon Police Service Major Crime is investigating an altercation which left a 21 year old Saskatoon male with serious stab wounds.

The incident happened just before 7:30 p.m., Thursday, November 15th, 2007 in the 300 block of Avenue S South. Police responded following reports that a male was lying injured on the sidewalk. He was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

Following the initial investigation, police questioned several people outside a restaurant in the 2100 block of 22nd Street West. Two males, both 22 years old, were taken into custody on unrelated charges including carrying a concealed weapon and breaching conditions.
