On December 30, 2007 at 9:50 pm Saskatoon Police conducted a vehicle stop at 22nd street and Avenue H for a Traffic Safety violation. The operator, a 34 year old Saskatoon man was arrested and transported to detention facing charges of obstruction, two counts of possession for the purposes, possession of proceeds of crime, and four counts of breach of undertaking. This male will be appearing in Provincial Court on January 3rd, 2008 at 10:30 am.
Further to this drug investigation at 10:50 pm, police attended to a residence in the 100 block of Avenue L south where three Saskatoon males were arrested on drug and criminal charges. A 38 year old male is facing numerous drug and breach charges, as well as possession of stolen property, possession of a stolen credit card, and possession of stolen credit card information. A 21 year old male is facing possession of a controlled drug or substance, and two counts of possession for the purposes, the 22 year old male was charges with possession for the purpose, and was also arrested on outstanding warrants.
The 38 year old and 21 year old appeared in Provincial Court on January 2, 2008 at 10:00am, and the next court appearance for the 22 year old male is January 23, 2008.
