The Saskatoon Police Service responded to a two vehicle collision at Confederation Drive and Laurier Drive, which happened at 2:05 p.m. today.
A vehicle was proceeding northbound on Confederation Drive, making a left turn to proceed westbound on Laurier Drive, when it came into collision with a southbound vehicle on Confederation Drive.
Neither of the vehicles were operable after the collision. The 19 year old female operator of one vehicle was transported by MD Ambulance to City Hospital with minor injuries.
The 19 year old female driver of the vehicle making the left onto Laurier Drive was charged for: Fail To Yield To An Approaching Vehicle When Turning Left Contrary to The Traffic Safety Act.
