Disturbance Call Results In Four Persons Being Charged

Just prior to 10:00 PM on Saturday November 8, 2008, Saskatoon Police responded to a 911 call of five persons fighting near the intersection of Idylwyld Drive and 36th Street. Witnesses at the scene assisted Police in identifying the persons responsible for the disturbance.

Two extremely intoxicated males, aged 25 and 26 years, were identified as having been involved in the fight that initiated the call to police, and one of these males may also face a charge of Breaching a Conditional Sentence Order. Both males will face charges of being involved in a consensual fight.

Two other males aged 15 and 26 years, will face charges of Possession of a Weapon, and Obstructing a Police Officer, respectively.
