Methamphetamine/Explosives Arrest

Members of the Saskatchewan Clan Lab Team are en route to dismantle a methamphetamine lab discovered in a Saskatoon garage this afternoon.

At approximately 2:30 members of the Saskatoon Integrated Drug Unit with assistance from the Explosives Disposal Unit, executed a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of 9th Street East. Inside the garage they found a methamhetamine lab and bomb making materials.

An 18 year old Saskatoon man has been arrested and charged with one count of production of methamphetamines and one count of possessing the components of explosive devices. He will likely appear in Provincial Court Friday, December 19th.

At this time the garage has been sealed until the Clan Lab Team can dismantle the lab.
