Four males are scheduled to appear in Provincial Court Thursday, February 19th following a "Dial a Dope" investigation in Saskatoon.
The arrests were made following an investigation by the Saskatoon Integrated Drug Unit and the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit. The four males, two aged 22, one aged 20, and one aged 19, were arrested Wednesday, February 18th and are facing a total of 21 charges including Trafficking Cocaine, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine, Possession of the Proceeds of Crime over $5,000, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, and Possession of Ecstasy.
The investigators, with the assistance of the Integrated Proceeds of Crime Unit also executed search warrants at two homes in Saskatoon, in the 300 block of Borlase Cove and in the 500 block of 4th Avenue North. In addition four vehicles were seized as offence related property. A substantial amount of crack cocaine, cash and weapons were found in both the homes and vehicles.
