Public Safety Advisory

The Saskatoon Police Service, under the authority and pursuant to the Public Disclosure Act, is announcing that a sexual offender with high risk to re offend regularly visits the city of Saskatoon.
Murray Allan Hill – DOB: 1949 July 31, has a lengthy history of committing sexual offences against females and males under the age of sixteen years. Mr. Hill first established relationships of trust with the youth and used threats of violence.
Mr. Hill currently resides in Watrous, Saskatchewan but must travel to Saskatoon to meet with his Parole Officer on a weekly basis. Authorities believe he is also looking for a new community in which to reside.
Mr. Hill is described as 5’11”, 280 lbs, with a fair complexion, brown eyes, and grey hair.
Mr. Hill is subject to conditions he must obey which include the following and require that he:
a) Shall not have any unsupervised contact with any person under the age of sixteen years.
b) Supervision must be by an adult who is familiar with Murray Hill’s criminal history.
c) Shall not attend within 300 metres of any park, playground, school ground, swimming area, daycare, recreation/community centre, library or any other place where children under the age of sixteen can reasonably be expected to be present.
It is important to note that this information is intended to enable the members of the public to take suitable preventative measures, and not to embark upon any form of vigilantism or unreasonable conduct directed at this individual.
The Saskatoon Police Service wants the public to be aware of Mr. Hill’s presence within the Saskatoon area and of his potential to re-offend.
