Three Saskatoon residents will appear in Provincial Court this morning facing drug charges following a search warrant that was executed by the Saskatoon Police Service February 5, 2009 at approximately 4:00 p.m.
As a result of a traffic stop made by RCMP in North Battleford earlier in the day, officers executed the search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of Overholt Crescent in Saskatoon. Inside they found various quantities of methamphetamine, ecstasy, marijuana, LSD and currency.
Two males, ages 31 and 35, along with a 39 year old female are all facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking. Additional charges of possession of the proceeds of crime are expected to be laid.
