Members of the Saskatoon Police Service Targeted Enforcement Unit are investigating two separate stabbings which occurred overnight.
Police were called to St. Paul's Hospital at approximately 3:00 a.m., August 31, 2016. A 26 year old man had attended the hospital for treatment for a non life-threatening stab wound. Very little information was provided to officers.
In a second, separate incident, Police were called to a home on Avenue W where a 20 year old man was suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to hospital by MD Ambulance with non life-threatening injuries. He reported being in an alley at Avenue S and 19th Street West at approximately 3:15 a.m. when he was assaulted by four men.
