An adult and three children were transported to hospital this afternoon following a four vehicle collision.
The collision occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m., August 31, 2016. A vehicle traveling east bound on College Drive near Cumberland collided with the rear of the vehicle in front, causing a chain collision involving another two vehicles. The 23 year old driver and three children in the first vehicle were taken to hospital by MD Ambulance with what are believed to be non life-threatening injuries.
The 23 year old driver has been ticketed under the Traffic Safety Act with driving without due care and attention, and driving unaccompanied as a learner.
