Saskatoon Police have reopened one southbound lane of Circle Drive at 108th Street following a fatal traffic collision this afternoon. Northbound lanes remain completely shut down as SPS collision analysts investigate.
Police were called to what appeared to be a multi-vehicle collision at approximately 1:25 p.m., September 7, 2016. Preliminary investigation shows that a northbound vehicle lost control, crossed the median, and struck a southbound vehicle. An 18 year old man has been transported to hospital with what appear to be non life-threatening injuries. Another man, age 70, was found to be deceased at the scene. His name is not being released at this time.
The SPS thanks motorists in advance for their patience in the commute home.
