Members of the Saskatoon Police Service are currently investigating a stabbing that occurred just before 10:32 pm on October 6, 2016.
Police were called to the 600 block of Central Avenue for a report of a male that had been stabbed in the arm and leg. The 23 year old victim went to hospital prior to police arriving at scene. He is now being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is described as being a 40-45 year old male, Indigenous, 5’5”, thin build, ponytail to mid-back, wearing a white tank top and grey pants. He had tattoos on his chest and arms. The investigation is ongoing and no other information is available at this time.
