Update - Arrest - Armed Robbery - 2300 Block Of 33rd Street West

An 18 year old Saskatoon man turned himself into police this week in connection with the armed robbery of a convenience store.

The man is now facing a charge of armed robbery and was expected to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on December 6, 2016. The SPS continues to search for the second suspect involved in the incident.


Police are looking for two suspects in relation to a robbery that occurred just after 8:00 PM Tuesday evening at a business establishment located in the 2300 block of 33rd St W.

A man and a woman entered the store wearing dark colored hoodies with scarves or bandanas over their faces, and demanded cash. They left with an undetermined amount of money and were last seen leaving westbound on 33rd in a white Mitsubishi vehicle. There were no injures and no weapons seen.

Suspects described as:

#1 - male, approx. 5'8", 180 - 200 lbs, black Adidas hooded jacket and scarf over face. The word "Adidas" was very prominent on the chest area of the jacket.

#2 - female, 5'5", black and grey hooded jacket, black pants, white shoes with red trim, and scarf over face.
