A 20-year-old man will make his second appearance in court tomorrow morning on a charge of Attempted Murder.
At approximately 3:30 a.m., December 17, 2016, Patrol officers responded to a report of a fight inside a residence in the 1100 block of Avenue J North. Upon arrival, Police located a 37-year-old male suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
Through investigation it was determined that the victim and a 20-year-old male had had an altercation at a restaurant in the 200 block of Pinehouse Drive earlier in the evening. Both had left the establishment after the altercation and the victim had gone to the residence in the 1100 block of Avenue J North. Two men, one of whom had been at the restaurant with the victim and another 26-year-old male, attended to the residence afterwards and assaulted the 37-year-old man.
The two men are each facing a charge of Attempt Murder. (Court Info # 36659142, 34482392). The 20-year-old man will make his second court appearance on December 21, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. The 26-year-old man will make his second court appearance on December 28, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
