Arrest - Saskatchewan ICE Investigation

The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit has arrested and charged a Martensville man for child pornography offences. Dale BLAIR, age 29, of Martensville, has been charged with 2 counts of Accessing Child Pornography, 3 counts of Possessing Child Pornography, and 2 counts of Making Available Child Pornography.

On December 21, 2016, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit arrested Dale BLAIR after he left his residence in Martensville and executed a search warrant at the residence thereafter. These charges are a result of an investigation, which began in March of 2016 into the trading of child pornography images through social networking applications.

Dale BLAIR appeared in Saskatchewan Provincial Court on Thursday, December 22 at 9:30 a.m. and was released on conditions. His next court appearance is January 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Court Information #35710379

The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the R.C.M.P., Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service and Prince Albert Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the Internet.
