UPDATE/Request For Public Assistance - Stabbing - 2300 Block 33rd St. W

Saskatoon Police are attempting to speak with a person who may have information in an investigation involving a stabbing. The incident occurred at approximately midnight Saturday December 2/Sunday December 3, 2017 in the 2300 block of 33rd Street West.

Officers are attempting to speak with the driver of a white truck, possibly a Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, with a truck cap. It was observed traveling north-bound on Avenue W near Byers Crescent at the time of the incident. It is reported to have abruptly stopped when two individuals ran across the street in front of the truck.

SPS also has updated descriptions of the two suspects wanted in the case;

Suspect one is described as a Caucasian male with blonde hair, between 5’8” – 5’10” in height with a stocky build and wearing a blue jacket.

Suspect two is described as a very slender Caucasian female with blonde hair, 5’5” in height wearing a black, down-filled jacket.

The 47 year old male victim is in stable condition recovering from his injuries in hospital.
