The material located inside of the package has now been tested by the Saskatoon Fire Department. It has been determined to be non-hazardous.
The Saskatoon Police continues to investigate.

The Saskatoon Police and the Saskatoon Fire Department are investigating a suspicious package at a school.
On March 23, 2017 at 1:38 p.m. Police received a report that a suspicious package had been delivered to the school in the 1300 block of Lorne Avenue. The Saskatoon Fire Department has also responded and their Hazardous Materials Unit is on site.
The school has been evacuated. Parents are advised that their children can be picked up at the Abilities Council building located at 1410 Kilburn Avenue.
The investigation is continuing and more information will be provided as the investigation unfolds.
