A 31 year old man and a 22 year old woman, both from Saskatoon, are facing charges following a break and enter to an apartment laundry room.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., April 23, 2017, Police were called to an apartment building in the 100 block of 32nd Street West. A witness reported seeing a man and a woman breaking into the laundry room. When officers arrived they arrested the two at the scene. Both were found to be in possession of backpacks containing break and enter tools. The woman was also found to be in possession of hydromorphone.
They are both facing charges of break and enter, possession of break and enter tools, and the woman is facing a charge of possession of hydromorphone.
The accused are expected to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Monday, April 24, 2017.
