The Saskatoon Police Service is encouraging anyone who believes they were a victim of criminal activity during an event involving protestors yesterday, to contact police.
The Service is aware of the concerns of many people who were attempting to attend an event at Prairieland Park on April 27, 2017 and were confronted by several protestors. At this time the SPS is collecting video and requesting complainants and witnesses to come forward to assist in the investigation.
Anyone who wishes to make a police report can do so by attending to the SPS Service Centre at 76-25th Street East, contacting 306-975-8300. Anonymous information can also be relayed through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
The SPS is also reviewing the effectiveness of it's response to the protest.
