Traffic restrictions have been lifted at 4th Avenue and 20th Street following a collision between a child on a bicycle and a vehicle earlier this afternoon.
The child was transported to hospital for treatment. His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
The Collision Analyst Unit is continuing to investigate. No charges have been laid at this time.
Saskatoon Police are responding to a collision involving a child on a bicycle.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., May 19, 2017, Police responded to a report that a boy on a bicycle had been struck by a vehicle in the area of 4th Avenue South and 20th Street East.
The child is being transported to hospital for treatment of injuries. His age and condition is not known at this time.
Police are asking motorists to avoid the area while the investigation continues.
