Attempted Robbery - 100 Block Primrose Drive

Shortly before 9:00 PM Friday evening, Police responded to a report of an attempted robbery at a business establishment in the 100 block of Primrose Drive. A lone male approached an employee at a kiosk within the establishment. He produced a note demanding money and made reference to an explosive device nearby. When the employee refused his demand the suspect grabbed the note and ran out of the building. Numerous police units responded including a K9 unit. A search of the area was conducted however no device was found. The investigation is continuing.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 30-35 years old, 5'10" - 6' tall, heavy set, approx. 220 lbs, dark windbreaker fall-type jacket. He was carrying a brown paper bag.
