The 21 year old operator of the motorcycle involved in a collision on the Gordie Howe Bridge has died in hospital.
Investigators with the Collision Analyst Unit are continuing to investigate the collision.
Members of the Saskatoon Police Service Collision Analyst Unit continue to investigate a collision which occurred last night, involving a car and a motorcycle.
At approximately 10:50 p.m., July 9, 2017, Police were called to the collision in the westbound lanes of the Gordie Howe Bridge. The motorcycle had collided with the back end of the car and both drivers were transported to hospital. The 21 year old operator of the motorcycle is being treated for life-threatening injuries. It is believed the 17 year old driver of the car suffered injuries that are non life-threatening.
A further update will be provided when the investigation is concluded.
