On January 22, 2017 at 1:07 a.m. Saskatoon Police were called to the 1600 block of 33rd Street West for a complaint involving 4-6 suspected gang members with weapons.
Upon arrival Saskatoon Police apprehended one male without incident. The second male fled and was apprehended by officers after a short foot pursuit. The two males were both 29 years of age. The first male was charged with personation, 3 counts of breach of his recognizance and arrested on several outstanding warrants. The second male was charged with possession of cocaine and breach of his recognizance.
The two males will be held before the Justice of the Peace.
