A 17 year old male is recovering from a stab wound following an incident this morning.
At approximately 10:25 a.m., September 11, 2017, Police were called to St. Paul's Hospital in the 1700 block of 20th Street West. A male had been assaulted and stabbed inside the facility. The two male suspects then fled the scene. The victim was treated at the scene for a non life-threatening injury.
The first suspect is described as being in his 20's, Indigenous, with short black hair. He was wearing black Adidas sweatpants, a black and red hoodie, and a grey hat with a flat brim. The second suspect is described as Indigenous and wearing a black Adidas sweat suit with white stripes, a black hat with a coloured decal and black shoes with a white stripe.
Officers believe the victim and the suspects were known to each other.
