UPDATE: Stabbing - 2300 Block 33rd St. W

The 47 year old victim is now in critical but stable condition in hospital. He and the suspects are unknown to each other.

The SPS would like to make a correction in the description of the suspects; they are described as one male wearing black clothing, and a thin female wearing a burgundy coat.

Shortly after midnight on December 3, 2017 emergency crews attended to the 2300 block of 33rd Street for a report of a male being stabbed.

When crews arrived they located a 47 year old male who had been stabbed numerous times by 2 assailants who had fled the scene prior to police arriving. The description of the assailants are: an African-American male approximately 6'2" wearing black clothing, and the female involved was described as 5' tall in a burgundy coat. 

The male victim was transported by EMS to hospital in serious condition. Investigators from Targeted Enforcement and Identification are currently investigating the incident.
