Three Arrested - Cocaine Trafficking Investigation

Three men are facing charges following an investigation by members of the Saskatoon Integrated Drug Enforcement Street Team into cocaine trafficking.

On February 23, 2018 investigators arrested a 31 year old Saskatoon man after conducting a traffic stop in a parking lot in the 500 block of Nelson Road. He was found to be in possession of $1285 in cash, 4.65 grams of cocaine separated in baggies, and two cell phones. A 35 year old man was also arrested at the scene and found to be in possession of .67 grams of cocaine.

Investigators then executed search warrants at two addresses, in the 400 and 500 blocks of 4th Avenue North. They located 17.67 grams of cocaine and more than $5000 in cash. A 33 year old man was arrested at one location.

The 31 and 33 year old men are both facing charges including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine, Trafficking Cocaine and Possession of the Proceeds of Crime. The 35 year old man is facing a charge of Possession of Cocaine.
