Shooting - 1200 Block Idylwyld Dr. N

Saskatoon Police are searching for a suspect today in connection to a firearm being discharged early this morning.

At approximately 4:10 a.m., May 11, 2018, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Idylwyld Drive North for a report of someone being shot at by another person. Once on scene, Police located the uninjured male who had been shot at. A canine track was conducted but was unsuccessful in locating the suspect. Surveillance video revealed a male and female walking together before the male raised a sawed-off shotgun, firing it at the other male. The female and male suspect then fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a male wearing blue jeans with a red and white hat and red bunnyhug. The female with him had long, black hair. She was wearing a grey hat, grey bunnyhug and black pants. It is unknown at this time if the victim and the suspect are known to each other.
