Sexual Assault - Cornish Rd & Macinnes St

The Saskatoon Police are investigating a reported sexual assault that happened at Cornish Road and Macinnes Street on Wednesday evening.

On June 27, 2018, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a 34 year old woman reported walking near the intersection of Cornish Road and Macinnes Street when she was approached by an unknown male. This male made sexual comments to her before touching her inappropriately. The victim fled to her residence, but the suspect continued to follow her and forced his way into her residence. She locked herself in a bathroom and the suspect then fled the residence.

The suspect is described as possibly being Hispanic, with a dark complexion and dark hair, approximately 5’8” with a slim build and in his thirties. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeved shirt with blue jeans and runners.

The investigation is continuing.
