Stolen Vehicle & Drugs With Arrests - Ave. P N & 29th St. W

Three Saskatoon men were arrested yesterday afternoon after being found in possession of drugs and a stolen vehicle.

At approximately 3:10 p.m., September 18, 2018, officers observed a stolen, 2004 red Dodge Ram truck driving in the area of Avenue I North and 33rd Street West. A tire deflation device was successfully deployed and a high-risk vehicle stop was conducted in the intersection of Avenue P North and 29th Street West. Three people in the truck were arrested without incident. A hunting knife was found inside of the vehicle. The driver was found to be in possession of stolen identification, crack cocaine and hydromorphone. A passenger was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and breaching his court ordered conditions. The third occupant of the vehicle was later released.

A 35 year old man is charged with Possession of Stolen Property under $5000, Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public, Identity Theft, Possession of Hydromorphone and Possession of Cocaine.

Another 35 year old man is charged with Breach of Conditions and Possession of Methamphetamine.
