Break & Enter/Arrests/Firearms Charges - 1500 Block Spadina Cr. W

Five people are facing a combined total of 66 firearms related charges following a break and enter early this morning.

At approximately 2:55 a.m., February 1, 2019, Saskatoon Police received a report of a break and enter to a garage at a residence in the 1200 block of Avenue L South. While officers were en route, they were informed the suspects had fled in a white Ford F-150. Police located the truck in the 1500 block of Spadina Crescent West and arrested five people without incident. A loaded sawed-off shotgun, a loaded shotgun and ammunition were located inside of the truck.

A 20 year old man from Wakaw, SK, a 36 year old woman from One Arrow First Nation, SK, a 19 year old man from Prince Albert, SK, a 34 year old man from Bellevue, SK, and a 17 year old male from Prince Albert, SK are facing 66 firearms related offences as well as a number of breach charges.

Further charges are pending as the investigation continues.
