The Saskatoon Board of Police Commissioners is an independent body responsible for overseeing the Saskatoon Police Service on behalf of the people of Saskatoon. 

The Board is mandated by The Saskatchewan Police Act, 1990 to ensure the delivery of policing services within the municipality, provide general direction, policy, and priorities to the police service, and to develop long-term plans for the police service.

The Board meets monthly (except for July).

*Meeting will be held on the fourth Thursday due to conflict with Council's Strategic Planning Session

Note: There are no meetings scheduled in October and November due to the Civic Election
