Traffic was tied up in two areas of the city this morning after minor collisions.
At approximately 8:00 a.m., November 30, 2017, Saskatoon Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Lorne Avenue and Circle Drive. One car had collided with the side of another car. The driver of the vehicle that struck the car was issued a ticket for failing to yield, then transported to hospital by MD Ambulance, along with a passenger in that vehicle. Injuries were determined to be minor. The driver of the car that was struck was not injured.
Minutes later, at 8:05 a.m., Police responded to a collision at 8th Street East and Clarence Avenue South. The collision was minor with no injuries.
Traffic was restricted for short periods of time at both collisions. Both scenes have since been cleared.
