Mischief Charges Laid/Imitation Firearm - 900 Block Taylor St. E

Two youths, ages 15 and 12, are charged with Mischief. The third youth involved, age 15, has not been charged.

Three Saskatoon youths are facing mischief charges after shooting an imitation firearm last night.

At approximately 10:00 p.m., Patrol members were dispatched to a church in the 900 block of Taylor Street East. The initial report stated that a group of teenagers were seen shooting a firearm at each other from a car and shooting at the windows of the church. The suspects had fled before Police arrived. Officers observed the damaged windows and located numerous bb’s at the scene. The suspect vehicle was quickly located in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 3500 block of 8th Street East. Police entered the restaurant and spoke with the suspect males. An imitation firearm was located and seized from one of the suspects.

Two 14 year old male youths and an 11 year old male youth, are charged with Mischief. One of the 14 year old's was also charged with Breach of Undertaking.
