The Saskatoon Police Service will be in full force for tonight’s NBA game between the Toronto Raptors and the Golden State Warriors.

SPS will have additional resources throughout the night to ensure that patrons, fans and the general public are provided with a safe and secure environment to enjoy a potential NBA championship win. We would like to remind businesses and patrons about the potential for civil disobedience when you have a mix of large crowds and alcohol. The increase in Police resources will be utilized at various venues throughout the city before, during and after the game to ensure a safe environment exists for all those involved.

While Police expect celebrations to occur in the event of a Raptor win, the public is reminded to act responsibly.
