The incident took place at 1:30 a.m., not p.m. as indicated in the pervious release.
Saskatoon Police have charged one youth following a break and enter to a business early this morning.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., June 13, 2019, Police responded to a gas station after two youth broke the glass of the front door and stole numerous packs of cigarettes before leaving the store.
Two males matching the suspects description were located a short distance away and were found to be in possession of a backpack with the stolen cigarettes.
The 12-year-old was charged with Break and Enter and Breach of Undertaking.
Another youth was involved, however because he is under the age of 12, no charges will be laid.
