Newly-licensed drivers from the Saskatoon area could have the chance to take advantage of free advanced driver safety training on September 25th at Ford's award winning Driving Skills for Life program.

Ford Canada is partnering up with the Saskatoon Police Service to offer drivers of any age and experience level, time behind the wheel to gain firsthand experience of driving situations not covered in traditional driving courses, including hazard recognition, vehicle handling and space and speed management. Ford Driving Skills for Life also showcases the dangers of distracted and impaired driving by simulating the effects of both in a strictly-controlled environment.

DATE: Tuesday, September 25th
TIME: 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ; 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (pick either the AM or PM session)
LOCATION: Prairieland Park, 503 Ruth Street
REQUIREMENT: Valid driver's license (learner's license permitted) and signed media release and waiver (available for download when registering)
COST: Free!!!

**Note**: Participants with a license and under the age of 16 are able to participate with a parent/guardian present through the duration of the session.
