The Saskatoon Police Service responded to a sudden death this afternoon that is now believed to be non-suspicious in nature.

At approximately, 12:30 p.m., police received the call of a woman in an alleyway in the 3700 block of Diefenbaker Drive. Upon arrival officers found the woman deceased. SPS Major Crime Section and Forensic Identification were called out to investigate, and investigators now believe the death is non-suspicious.

The Saskatoon Police Service will continue to assist in the investigation, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroner's Office.
