Two males, ages 49 and 16, were released without charges following a report of a man being threatened.

At approximately 9:40 p.m., September 16, 2023, Police received a report that the male resident of the home was being threatened by another male and that a firearm may be present. As police arrived at the scene they located a male outside, who was in possession of a sawed-off firearm. He was taken into custody. With assistance from Tactical Support Members, officers were able to safely take the second male into custody as well.

A search of the home did not result in a firearm being located. The sawed-off firearm was determined to be an imitation.
