Members of the Major Crime Section are no longer investigating a death that occurred last week. The death, which was first thought to be suspicious in nature, has now been determined non-suspicious.
Further investigation will be conducted by the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
Earlier this morning, Saskatoon Police responded to a report of death.
At approximately 9:00 a.m., October 27, 2023, patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased person at a home in the 100 block of 111th Street West. They located a deceased female upon their arrival. At this time, the death is considered suspicious.
Investigators with the Major Crime and Forensic Identification Sections are currently investigating. No further information is available at this time.
