Both subjects of this missing persons investigation have been located and found to be safe.

The Saskatoon Police Service Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public's help in locating two missing 12-year-olds.
Taliyah Kakum and Leland Machiskinic were last seen leaving the home in which they resided in the 400 block of Witney Ave. South at approximately 4:30 p.m, October 9, 2023. The two initially left with another resident who later returned. It is believed they may be together.
After following up on several leads, investigators are now asking the public for assistance.
Leland Machiskinic is described as 5'6" in height, 140 lbs with brown, shoulder-length hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts and was carrying a backpack.
Taliyah Kakum is described as 5'8", 115 lbs. She has brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black leggings and carrying a blue duffle bag.
