The 13-year-old subject of a missing persons investigation, Scarlett Starr, has been located and was confirmed to be safe.
Police thank members of the public and media for their attention to the matter.

The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing 13-year old Scarlett Starr, last seen on December 12, 2023. There is concern that Scarlett may be in a vulnerable state.
Scarlett is described as being 5'4", with a thin build and black and blonde hair. Scarlett was last seen wearing a green sweater, black converse shoes and carrying a blue Champion bag. She was last seen in the 500 block of Cope Way.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Scarlett Starr is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 9-1-1. Anonymous information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. A photo is attached for distribution.
