The 17-year-old subject of a missing persons investigation, Maya Johnson has been located and was found to be safe.
Police thank members of the public and media for their attention to this matter.
The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old.
Maya Johnson was last seen at around 12:00 p.m. on February 28, 2024 in the 1300 block of 12th Street East. There is concern that Maya is in a vulnerable state.
Maya Johnson is described as being approximately 5’5” and 115lbs with long black hair. Last seen wearing black hoody, black jacket, black pants, pink back pack, white shoes.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Maya Johnson is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 9-1-1. Anonymous information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. A photo is attached for distribution.
