Two youth males were arrested after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on the weekend.

At around 12:50 a.m. on February 28, 2026, police were called to an apartment unit in the 400 block of 115th Street East following a report of a domestic dispute involving a knife. Upon arrival, officers entered the unit and located the involved parties. Through investigation, it was determined that the dispute was over a game and that no knife was present. As officers continued to investigate, a pump-action shotgun and ammunition was observed on a bed.

As a result, two males, age 15 and 17, have been charged with careless storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition without authorization. The 17-year-old was further charged with possession of a firearm while prohibited and failure to comply with court-imposed conditions.
