A 27 year old woman has been charged following a report of an injured person last night.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., March 3, 2026, Police were called to a residence in the 3000 block of Laurier Drive. A 24 year old woman at the home reported being assaulted with a knife at a residence in the 800 block of Confederation Drive, before she fled the scene and sought assistance at the second location. Officers were able to locate the 27 year old female suspect shortly after.

She is charged with one count of Assault.

The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries.
