One man was arrested following a report of a firearm being pointed at an armoured car employee.

At around 10:45 a.m. on March 18, 2026, police were called to a business in the 100 block of Hampton Circle for a report of a firearm being pointed at an employee of an armoured car service. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect in a vehicle within the parking lot of the business. Following commands issued by officers, the man was arrested without incident. A search of the vehicle located an imitation firearm.

As a result, the 63-year-old Saskatoon man was charged with multiple firearms-related offences.
