Saskatoon Police are investigating following an incident where bear spray was discharged on a city bus.
On March 21, 2026 at approximately 8:25 p.m., police received a report of a bear spray incident that occurred on a city bus at 22nd Street East and 1st Avenue North.
Arriving officers located two females suffering from the effects of bear spray; they were treated on scene by paramedics. Through continued investigation, officers learned the suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival. Officers searched the surrounding area but were not able to locate the suspects.
