One Arrested - ICE Investigation - Regina

The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Regina man with child exploitation related offences.

On May 14, 2026, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a Search Warrant at a home in Regina. Electronic devices were examined at scene and also seized by investigators.

As a result of the investigation, 36-year-old Donavon Blacksioux of Regina was arrested and charged on June 10, 2026 with the following:

Possessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material

Making Available Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material

Blacksioux appeared in court on June 11, 2026 and was remanded until his next court date (June 17, 2026) in Regina Provincial Court.

The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service and Saskatoon Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material.
