Arrest - Assist Service De Police De La Ville De Montréal - Canada-Wide Warrant

Members of the Warrant Enforcement Unit have arrested a 16-year-old male wanted by police in Montréal, Quebec on a Canada-wide warrant.

In April of 2026, the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal contacted the Saskatoon Police Service to assist in locating a suspect in an armed residential break and enter in Montréal; the suspect was believed to be in Saskatoon. Following numerous investigative efforts, members of the Warrant Enforcement Unit effected the arrest of the wanted suspect at approximately 1:30 p.m. on July 15, 2026 in the 200 block of Fairmont Drive.

As a result, the 16-year-old male has been charged by the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal with;

  • Break and Enter
  • Discharging a Restricted or Prohibited Firearm
  • Possessing a Loaded Prohibited Firearm Without a License
  • Knowingly Occupying a Motor Vehicle with a Prohibited Firearm
  • Pointing a Firearm (x2)
  • Careless Use of a Firearm
  • Using a Firearm While Committing an Offence
  • Conspiracy to Commit an Offence

The accused has since been transported back to Montréal.
