Saskatoon Police responded to three separate stabbings overnight.
At approximately 12:30 a.m., February 4, 2026, Police were called to a hotel in the 500 block of Idylwyld Drive North. Upon arrival they located a 20 year old man who had been assaulted and stabbed. He was transported to hospital with what are believed to be non life-threatening injuries. No suspect description was provided.
At 2:30 a.m., February 4, 2026, Police were called to St. Paul's Hospital where a 29 year old man had attended seeking treatment for a stab wound. The male said the incident had occurred in the 200 block of 2nd Avenue South. No other details were provided.
Just after 3:00 a.m., February 4, 2026, Police were called to Royal University Hospital where an 18 year old woman had shown up seeking treatment for a non life-threatening stab wound. The woman told officers the incident had occurred in the 1900 block of 22nd Street West at approximately 1:45 a.m. She reported being approached by an unknown male who stabbed her. The suspect is described as being in his 30's, approximately 5'8" and wearing a black hat and grey sweater.
